Shipping via United States Postal Service
- Most items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
- Shipping carrier will be chosen at the seller's discretion, and may change without notice.
- Shipping is calculated as you add items to your cart, based on your location.
- You can see shipping estimates at the bottom of the shopping cart page, before you give any payment information.
- If you want to know how much a specific item will cost to ship, go ahead and add it to your cart - you can always remove the item later if you need to.
- You can select the shipping method when you continue with check out.
- Shipping weights of multiple item orders are combined to offer you the best rates.
All items purchased from Casey’s are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Please purchase the optional shipping insurance if you have any concern. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Response to Orders
We aim to have your order in the mail system within 1-2 working days after payment is made in full (excludes weekends or public holidays).
If you have chosen to make payment via cashier's check or money order we will require the payment to reach us within 10 days. Failure to send payment within this time will result in your reserved goods being cancelled and put back into stock.
If you feel your payment won't reach us in time then please contact us so we are aware of the situation and we can sometimes reserve your models for a few extra days.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will not accept returns unless you contact us first to make arrangements.
- No returns for items damaged during shipping. Please see our Insurance Policy section for more details.
- No returns for items that have been opened, if the item was sold as a sealed package.
- No returns after 14 days from date of shipment, unless other arrangements are mutually acceptable.
If you wish to return an item or items for exchange or refund, please follow these instructions:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an explanation why you wish to return the item.
- Do not ship the item until you have receive approval and shipping instructions.
- Re-package the item carefully. Returned items must be received by caseysdiecastcard.com in saleable condition.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if your order is returned for one of the following reasons:
- Refused shipment(s)
- Orders returned without explanation
- Duplicated order(s) placed by you
- Purchased item(s) somewhere else and did not cancel your order with us before it was shipped
- Changed your mind and did not cancel order(s) before we shipped
- Did not like the item(s) after you received it
- You have moved and failed to notified us of your new address before we shipped your order. If you wish the order to be shipped to your new address after it is returned to us you will be charged a new shipping charge.
- Failure to follow our Return Policy.
